Zest 4 Leisure preparing for Solex reveal

Company: Zest 4 Leisure

Zest 4 Leisure, a leading trade supplier of quality timber garden products including furniture, arches, arbours and fencing, is getting ready to unveil new products at next month’s SOLEX exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham.

The company is set to unveil a range of exciting new products which are expected to take the 2019 garden furniture market by storm.

The new products are the latest phase in the company’s strategic development and follow hot on the heels of the opening of the redesigned warehouse and distribution centre in Saltney. Since then, nearly 30 new employees have joined the company across a variety of departments and a new operations system, which integrates all aspects of Zest 4 Leisure, has also been added.

Commenting on the new products and company developments, Steve Morgan, Managing Director, said:

“This year we are focusing on the growth and development of Zest 4 Leisure. From unveiling innovative new products to opening the warehouse and distribution centre at Saltney, we are broadening our offering to customers and also improving our operations.

“We have also introduced some new initiatives which, combined with the new team members, are already reducing the lead time for deliveries into garden centres, ensuring a more efficient ordering process for our customers.”

In addition to focusing on future growth, Zest 4 Leisure, a family run company, has a long-standing history of raising money for good causes and in the last five years it has specifically chosen to support just one charity each year. Past fundraising efforts include a variety of events, from marathons, cycling to Paris, the Welsh 14 Peaks and Iron Man challenges to sponsored football matches.

This year, the company is supporting Action for Children. The charity, which has been operating for 148 years, helps disadvantaged children across the UK and works closely with other charities, local authorities and health services.

With a target of £10,000, the team is already over half way there with almost £6,000 raised in the first five months of the year. The company now has a variety of events over the coming months in between attending the key trade shows and the day to day running of the business.
