BHETA launches its 2026 sales training programme

Following a highly successful run in 2025, BHETA is launching its sales training programme offer for 2026, a series of four separate modules.  The programme will be delivered by Birmingham-based training company and BHETA business services provider, Selling Interactions, and while one session – Major Accounts – is online, the others are in-person at BHETA’s offices in Birmingham.

Developed with direct input from BHETA members, the modules reflect the realities of modern selling, offering practical skills that can be applied immediately in customer conversations. Sales professionals looking to strengthen their sales capability can now register for the targeted training courses, each tailored to different stages and styles of the sales process.

The four distinct modules are:

B2B Core Selling Skills Programme – 21st & 22nd April, 27th & 28th May (four days, in person)
Boost confidence and effectiveness in modern B2B sales. Topics include persuasive communication, objection handling, engaging multiple decision-makers, and leveraging AI and social media to work smarter and build stronger customer relationships.
Cost: £2150 + VAT per person.

1:1 DISC Workshop – 16th June (in person)
Designed for anyone interacting with customers, this session uses the DISC personality framework to help participants adapt their style, build rapport, and connect more effectively in every customer interaction.

Negotiation Skills for Sales – 8th & 9th September (two days, in person)
Equip managers and sales professionals with practical techniques to secure better terms, manage concessions, and approach negotiations with greater confidence.

Major Accounts Sales Programme – Starting January 2027 - online
Tailored for those responsible for key accounts, this programme focuses on driving account growth and influencing senior stakeholders.

Registration is subject to BHETA’s cancellation policy: 31 days’ notice is required prior to the date of the training course commencing, after which the full fee will apply. Should BHETA cancel the training event a full refund will be issued.
