The Cherry Lane Garden Centre Group, part of the QD Stores Group, a well funded business, is looking to expand its existing garden centre portfolio, currently eight stores.
The ideal garden centre will have a main road frontage and will have heated and unheated covered accommodation of at least 20,000 sq.ft., preferably between 30,000-40,000 sq.ft. or if the garden centre is smaller, the opportunity to build more.
Freeholds are preferred but leaseholds will be considered. The geographical area of search is Yorkshire in the north, the M25 in the south, the coast in the East and the Welsh borders in the West.
