Great Pavilion showcases Chelsea 2026 floral innovation

The Great Pavilion at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026 returns as the show’s central hub, bringing together leading growers, designers, researchers and innovators in horticulture.

At its heart is the Monument Feature, RHS x CITI Season of Abundance designed by Imogen Perreau, inspired by the Celtic festival of Beltane and celebrating seasonal abundance and transition.

Blue Diamond Garden Centres presents a 35-metre immersive walkway featuring 4,000 plants, exploring drought tolerance, food growing and sustainable gardening practices.

Raymond Evison Clematis evokes a coastal landscape with a serpentine walkway and boats filled with clematis, blending horticulture with place-based storytelling.

Sparsholt College explores natural dyeing in “Washday Hues”, combining textiles, historical techniques and vibrant planting to connect fabric and flora.

 

David Austin Roses returns with a Cotswold-inspired circular garden celebrating rose diversity, fragrance and immersive seasonal planting design.

Frank P Matthews Trees marks its 125th year with a display of Malus and trained fruit trees, highlighting ornamental and productive planting forms.

Miles Japanese Maples showcases seed-grown Acer collections demonstrating different growth stages and long-term tree development.

Lincolnshire Pond Plants presents aquatic ecosystems with raised water displays to demonstrate biodiversity in action.

She Grows Veg presents “Feast”, a woodland-inspired dining installation promoting homegrown food, wellbeing and zero-food-mile gardening.

Plant Heritage highlights National Plant Collections across six nurseries, including rare Wisteria and large-scale seed-sharing initiatives.

 

The GreenSTEM zone showcases horticultural science and innovation, including biodiversity research, AI plant analysis and ecological engineering from leading UK institutions.

Floristry exhibits under the “Floristry Laboratory” theme explore the intersection of science, sustainability and artistic floral design through experimental and contemporary installations.

The RHS also publishes its annual Tips and Trends report, sharing insights from exhibitors on planting success, gardening practices and emerging horticultural trends.
