Strong early momentum for Source Roadshow 2027
The Source Roadshow 2027 is already seeing strong early exhibitor momentum, with leading foodservice operators and regional producers confirming their return ahead of the South West trade event.
Taking place on 24 February 2027 at the Bath & West Showground, the one-day trade-only event connects food, drink, hospitality and retail buyers with suppliers across the region.
Returning exhibitors include major foodservice names such as Arthur David, Four Seasons, Hunts Food Group, Fine Food Company, R D Johns and Westcountry Foodservice, alongside new participant Savona.
Regional Somerset producers are also strongly represented, with early commitments from Barber's Farmhouse Cheesemakers, Wyke Farms, Somerset Spirit Co and others, reflecting the show’s blend of national and local supply chains.
Organisers say the Roadshow continues to offer a focused alternative to large-scale exhibitions, prioritising practical business conversations, lead generation and direct buyer engagement within a single day format.
The event is designed to bring together a wide cross-section of the hospitality and retail supply chain, including food and drink suppliers, equipment providers, technology firms and specialist service businesses.
