Food and Beverage director Jason Danciger is leaving Wyevale. The former head of hospitality at M&S has been with the garden centre group since November 2013.
He was responsible for the design and launch of the Botanic Kitchen, Garden Kitchen and Coffee Ground catering concepts.
A Wyevale spokesman said, “We have decided to simplify our garden centre and food & beverage operational structures to offer a seamless experience across our customers’ whole visit.
“As a result of this restructure and after two successful years transforming our restaurants, coffee shops and cafés, Jason Danciger, F&B Director, will be leaving the business.”
The former chef de cuisine at Roux Brothers is said to be keen to pursue his interests in the restaurant industry.
