Effective immediately, Adam Gregory, currently Commercial Director, will step into the role of Managing Director, while Zac Windsor will become Commercial Director. Together, Adam and Zac are beginning the process of acquiring the company from founder Julian Windsor, marking a generational transition designed to safeguard Supremo’s long-term growth and strategic evolution.
Julian, who established Supremo Leisure and built it into a market leader, will now take on the role of Chairman. In this capacity, he will provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the new leadership team, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful handover while continuing to shape the company’s direction at a higher level.
