Seb Marley joins Malcolm Scott Consultants
Malcolm Scott Consultants has welcomed Seb Marley to the business as a Senior Surveyor specialising in retail and garden centre assets.
A commercial property specialist with a proven track record across the sector, Seb joins from London-based property consultants Harvey Spack Field, where he advised on a diverse range of institutional-grade retail and garden centre assets including the British Garden Centres portfolio.
He brings extensive experience across acquisitions, disposals and sale and leaseback opportunities, as well as concession leasing, redevelopment opportunities and asset enhancement.
