Personnel changes at Dejex to support business growth

Dejex has announced a series of internal promotions and role changes as the company experiences strong growth across key areas of its horticultural business.
Jon Fairweather, a longstanding member of the team with seven years at Dejex, has been appointed National Agrotextiles Manager. He will lead the company’s woven and non-woven crop protection division, continuing Dejex’s tradition of innovation, including its pioneering introduction of perforated polythene covers for early brassica production in the UK.
Joe Crowder has been promoted to Sales & Purchasing Manager, taking responsibility for Dejex’s busy sales and purchasing operations. With three years at the company, Joe is well known to both customers and suppliers in the horticulture sector.
Following 18 months of training, Dawid Lamch steps into the role of Technical Sales Manager, where he will manage several key accounts and develop new business across the East of England.
Additionally, Joe Storer, Lead Technical Sales Manager, will focus on expanding Dejex’s presence in the Glasshouse Salads sector, while Alex Wright, Technical Sales Manager, will lead business development in the North West region for Dejex’s specialist product portfolio.
