Leisuregrow marks Simon Stone retirement

Leisuregrow has announced the retirement of Sales Agent Simon Stone after almost 20 years with the business.
Stone has been a key part of the sales team, helping strengthen Leisuregrow’s presence across his region while building long-standing relationships with customers and representing the brand.
He became known for his professionalism, reliability and customer-first approach, balancing commercial success with strong personal connections across the industry.
Colleagues also praised his collaborative nature, describing him as a dependable and approachable team member who regularly shared knowledge and supported others across the business.
One of his standout contributions was his work on the annual Harrogate Christmas & Gift Fair, where he played an important role in preparing and presenting the NOMA brand each year.
His hands-on approach and attention to detail helped ensure the seasonal showcase remained a success and supported the strength of Leisuregrow’s festive offering.
From 1 April, Paul Hughes has taken over responsibility for Stone’s territory, ensuring continuity for customers and partners.
Stone will continue supporting Hughes in a transitional and advisory role, particularly across the North East region, helping maintain strong customer relationships during the handover.
He marked his final day by opening a new furniture showroom, followed by a ceremony celebrating his achievements and long-standing contribution to the company.
