Stella Gray retires from Highfield Garden World
Highfield Garden World in Gloucestershire has welcomed Robert Kitt to its sales team following his departure from LeisureGrow after 20 years as Area Sales Manager.
Kitt’s connection with Highfield dates back 30 years when he worked there in a Saturday job, building a lasting relationship with the founding Greenway family.
Managing Director Tim Greenway said the business was delighted to welcome him back, praising his positivity, industry knowledge and strong network across the garden trade.
At the same time, Highfield has said goodbye to Account Manager Stella Gray, who retired after 45 years of dedicated service with the family-run business.
Gray joined in 1980 after studying horticulture at Pershore, when Highfield was still a mail-order plant business with just 35 staff before expanding into its current garden centre.
Director Joan Greenway described Stella as a vital part of Highfield’s success, praising her professionalism, honesty and calming influence throughout decades of growth.
