Green-tech’s Logistics Team Leader Laura Darlow has been named one of Pro Landscaper’s 30 Under 30: The Next Generation winners for 2025, recognising her rapid career progression and outstanding contribution to the landscaping industry.
Joining Green-tech in 2015 after a Horticulture Diploma at Askham Bryan College, Laura rose from Despatch Assistant to Logistics Team Leader, coordinating UK and international customer orders. She has driven key process improvements, cutting freight costs and ensuring export compliance.
Her achievements include completing Green-tech’s Management Development Programme in 2025, where she was honoured as an Outstanding Contributor.
“I’m thrilled to be recognised,” Laura said. “Logistics is fast-paced and varied, and it’s rewarding to see my work acknowledged as I continue developing my career in this fantastic industry.”
Managing Director Kris Nellist praised her dedication and proactive approach, calling her “a key part of our operations” and a strong example of Green-tech’s high standards.
Laura will receive her award at the Pro Landscaper 30 Under 30 ceremony on 8 October at FutureScape, ExCeL London.
