New Associate Directors for Pleydell Smithyman
Specialist consultants Pleydell Smithyman have announced the promotion of Kathryn Farden and the appointment of Andrew Burton as Associate Directors.
Kathryn and Andrew will work closely with Paul Pleydell to form the new senior management team, along with Project Architect Martin Giblin and Landscape Architect Sally Churn, who are promoted to the role of Associates.
With 17 years of experience and a successful track record in town planning, Kathryn will head the planning portfolio as well as internal operational organisation.
Andrew joins the team with over 20 years’ experience in garden centre operation and development consultancy and will be working with clients to develop innovative and commercial strategies for improvement and change. His last 4 years have been with Malcolm Scott Consultants.
