Hillier Garden Centre Weyhill has announced that its restaurant will undergo an extensive refurbishment starting on February 9, with the updated space scheduled to reopen in March 2026.
The investment forms part of Hillier’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the customer dining experience and refreshing its garden centre facilities.
During the refurbishment, the restaurant will remain open with a temporary menu of drinks and cakes, allowing customers to continue using the space while improvements take place.
The upgrade will introduce comfortable new seating and a stylish new décor to create a more modern and welcoming environment for visitors.
As part of the changes, the restaurant will also launch a new name at its reopening, reflecting Hillier’s long-standing history and heritage.
Improvements will focus on customer experience, including enhanced ordering options to support faster and more reliable service alongside Hillier’s emphasis on customer care.
The restaurant will continue to offer high-quality food and good value, with a new seasonal menu alongside popular favourites such as afternoon teas, hearty meals and warming specials.
Further upgrades include a dedicated dog-friendly seating area, improved toilet facilities and enhanced climate control, ensuring a comfortable dining environment throughout the year.
