British Garden Centres will officially open its new Grantham Garden Centre on Friday, 3 April, marking a significant addition to its expanding portfolio.
The launch will be led by Adam Frost, who will cut the ribbon at 9am and deliver a talk for visitors during the morning.
The group acquired the former Downtown Garden Centre at Gonerby Moor in January and has since undertaken a rapid transformation of the site.
Extensive work has been completed to restock and revitalise the centre, positioning it as a leading gardening destination for the local area.
Customers visiting on opening day will benefit from special promotions, including goody bags for the first 100 visitors and incentives to join the retailer’s Family Card scheme.
The refurbished centre features an expanded range of plants, garden products and outdoor living items, including exclusive furniture lines.
A mix of concessions has also been introduced, broadening the offer to include home, garden and lifestyle brands.
The restaurant has been redesigned with an updated menu and new carvery, while the soft play area ensures continued appeal for families.
Management said the investment reflects confidence in the site and its role as a community destination for Grantham and the surrounding area.
