Katie Blake Garden Furniture is seeking an experienced Trade Sales Manager to lead and grow its UK B2B sales operation.

This senior role combines hands-on key account management with leadership of a national sales agent network, working closely with garden centres and retail partners across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving trade sales growth and shaping future sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop a UK-wide team of sales agents
  • Recruit and onboard agents in new and existing territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with garden centres and key trade accounts
  • Grow existing accounts and re-engage dormant customers
  • Manage your own portfolio of key trade customers
  • Contribute to sales strategy, forecasting and commercial planning
  • Represent the brand professionally within the garden retail sector

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B trade sales and account management
  • Experience managing or developing a sales team or agent network
  • Background in garden, furniture, home or related sectors preferred
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, professional and comfortable working autonomously
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Hours & Location

  • Full-time role (37 hours per week as a guideline)
  • Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet business needs
  • Hybrid and field-based, ideally based in Essex
