We are seeking an experienced and motivated Garden Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre. This is a hands-on role combining retail management, team leadership, and horticultural expertise.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in retail management (garden centre or similar environment preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good horticultural knowledge (RHS qualifications desirable)
