Sounds like a great day will be enjoyed. IF anything is missing it's the 'Consumer's viewpoint and perspective'. The most resilient of supply chains could be upended and deemed inappropriate if at the end of the day, the demands, needs, desires of consumers aren't met. Consumers aren't always good at expressing, or even knowing, what it is they want; but giving them a seat around the table can only add value to the discussion.
