Pathclear and Weedol Ingredients to be Withdrawn As part of the EU review of pesticides, rulings have been made that will see two weedkiller ingredients, simazine and paraquat, withdrawn from use in the UK home and garden market over the next few years. Scotts Launch RoseClear 3 Scotts has announced the launch in March of RoseClear 3. It will replace RoseClear 2, a victim of the latest European review of pesticides, which will be illegal to sell after 25th July.
