• Cyclical stock counting/updating the stock database including stock potting and movements.this is outdoor in all weathers and is about 30% of the job.
• Process invoices and deliveries from suppliers.
• Provide monthly/yearly figures for management reports
• Contact suppliers for stock checks/missing paperwork.
• Filing and chasing for any missing delivery notes/invoices required.
• Maintenance of office filing.
• Support the online business, processing customer orders, telesale orders, phonecalls with customers with Rose enquiries.
