The Horticultural Trades Association (HTA) is looking forward to welcoming members at Glee which takes place at the NEC from 10-12 September on stand 19N50-P51 (along with Greenfingers and GCA). As well as being a key partner in the Retail Lab feature, HTA staff will be on hand to provide the latest updates along with members of its Preferred Partners scheme.
Returning for the third year to Glee, the Retail Lab feature explores market insights and how retailers can engage with different consumer groups whilst inspiring, educating and wowing visitors. This year’s feature, which has the theme of The Greatest Garden, focuses on garden centres entertaining and engaging their customers through their retail environments. This connection can come through the use of ambience, emotion, sound and activity that engages a customer and gets them in the mood to buy. Daily tours of the Retail Lab take place at 11am, 1pm and 3pm, so come along and find out more.
