About the Role
This role is all about improving commercial performance. This isn't just about selling. It's about working with customers to ensure that you are offering them the best products for what they need. It's about improving the range to ensure it meets requirements and helps the organic growth of the business. You will utilise your experience and knowledge of the commercial growers to build long term and collaborative relationships. You will be able to assess the financial viability of a product range and help the business to discontinue any lines that aren't contributing to the desired levels. You will be able to work with stakeholders within the business in the UK and Europe to assess the operational and supply chain implications of any new products and increases/decreases in SKU numbers. You will also utilise your experience in managing a field sales team to motivate team members and ensure that they are offering the best possible service to aid business growth.
