The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge & a genuine passion for the horticultural industry, with proven business to business sales - in particular to growers, nurseries, garden centres & DIY stores. The candidate must be target driven, have good communication & time management skills, with the ability to deliver on sales performance targets. The candidate must also possess the ability to build trusting relations with our clients. The role involves prospecting new business & maintaining existing relations, visiting clients, and representing the company at industry trade shows.
