Webbs is an award-winning independent garden centre business with two West Midlands based stores and a growing ecommerce presence. Webbs, West Hagley is a compact, boutique centre with high standards of presentation and service backed with a strong team ethos.
We're looking for a people manager with relevant experience to lead our plants team, ensuring great standards of presentation and plant care whilst role modelling a sales through service approach. The successful candidate will be flexible and hands on, naturally people focused with demonstrable plant knowledge. Admin and IT skills are also required as is some ordering experience.
This is a full time and permanent position involving 4 weekdays plus alternate weekends.
