Strong leadership, communication, teamwork and sharing responsibility will be essential to make this work for the garden centre.

Management will be required to work a minimum of alternate weekends.

A minimum of 2 years management experience is required and a growing nursery background that involves product planning is also essential.

Garden design services are also offered by the garden centre and this role will play an influential part of the design service.
