Due to our ongoing growth strategy, our client have a newly created opportunity for a local Operations Manager at their Oxfordshire Garden Centre. This position would suit either an experienced individual from a similar role, or someone currently at supervisor level looking to develop their career.
Reporting into the Garden Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the way forward for Health and Safety, Customer Services and Events (including our fabulous Christmas Grotto, ice rink and ice cafe).
You will have a sound background in retail, ideally from the garden centre industry or similar, although this is not essential. You will be able to demonstrate people management skills and will be familiar with health and safety in the workplace requirements and regulations.
