To access all Gardenforum services

To be able to view the full range of services that Gardenforum offers, you need to become a subscriber. There are 2 forms of Subscription: -

  1. Individual Subscription
    There is a single annual fee of £42. This will allow you to access Gardenforum services on any computer that you receive e-mails on. So you can access Gardenforum both at work and at home. Be careful not to pass your details to other people as anyone else accessing Gardenforum using your details will terminate your access.
  2. Company Subscription
    If you and your colleagues wish to access Gardenforum from different computers, then you may should select the reduced rate Company subscription. This will be suitable for any colleagues with the same e-mail extension (e.g. xxxxxx@yourcompany.co.uk)
  3. A Taster Subscription
    If you have never used Gardenforum before you may register, without charge, and have free access to all our services for 1 hour. This will give you the opportunity to see what Gardenforum has to offer you.
  4. One Hour Subscription
    The one hour subscription is for those who are seeking occasional information, but who will not need Gardenforum on a regular basis

Tips on finding your way around

    There is often a 'previous page' button in the left-hand column to get back to your previous page. If not, click on the 'back' button near the top of the screen (usually on the left).

    When you 'click' on one of the sections in the navigation bar (the orange line above), the page that appears has its own sections shown on the left, click on any of these.

    When you pass your cursor over Banner Adverts (Banners) and other words which link to more information your cursor changes to a hand. This means that you can click on it to read more information

Confidentiality

    It will be your participation that brings life to gardenforum.co.uk, so we'll keep your details confidential. We will not pass your details on to any other party (other than our advisers for our use only), without asking your permission first, and we have no plans to do this. So feel free to send us e-mail messages.

    We will keep your address and may send you Email from time to time with information we believe you may find interesting, but we won't pester you. If you prefer not to hear from us, you can click a privacy box whenever you send us a message and we will remove your address from our records.

    If you have registered with Gardenforum, you may amend you details by clicking on the 'my account' button. If you would like to register to give you access to all Gardenforum services, click the 'register now' button on the home page.

Credit Card Security

    You can use the 'place an entry' form to make your own entries onto gardenforum.co.uk. We charge for some of these services and you can pay by credit card on-line. When you do this you will pay using the NOCHEX payment gateway, via a secure link (note the 's' after http and the padlock that appears at the bottom of the screen). Your credit card details are not passed to gardenforum. We believe this link is at least as secure as using your credit card in a traditional shopping environment.

    If you are still worried about on line credit cards, you can print out an order and send us a cheque.

Tips on filling out forms

    When entering details onto gardenforum.co.uk entry forms, you should use the 'Tab Key' to move to the next field and not 'carriage return' as this will submit your form.

Save typing - use paste

    When entering details onto gardenforum.co.uk entry forms, you may copy and paste from documents you already hold on your computer. This will save typing them all over again

If you would like to advertise

    If you would like to advertise on gardenforum.co.uk use the yellow 'contact us' button on the left.

Charges

    All charges on Gardenforum are quoted excluding VAT which will be added at the time of payment. You will be sent a VAT invoice on receipt of your payment. UK companies who are registered with HMCE, will be able to reclaim this.
