Dobbies appoints Robert Cook as board advisor
Hospitality professional, Robert Cook, has joined Dobbies Garden Centres as a board advisor to support the strategic development of its restaurant business.
A seasoned hospitality CEO, Robert has led a number of the UK’s hospitality and leisure businesses including TGI Fridays, Malmaison & Hotel du Vin, and Virgin Active.
Robert Cook said: “Dobbies restaurants have something for everyone, serving thousands of customers every week. For so many people, a visit to Dobbies is not complete without a stop off to enjoy the great food and drink on offer.
