David Domoney becomes Ambassador for Air Ambulances UK
Air Ambulances UK (AAUK) proudly announces the appointment of David Domoney, acclaimed television presenter for Plants and Nature, as an Ambassador. In this role, David will help to raise awareness of the vital work undertaken by air ambulance charities across the UK.
David Domoney is a distinguished figure in the field of horticulture, boasting an illustrious career marked by numerous accolades and a profound dedication to his profession. As a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Horticulture, he has accumulated over 35 Royal Horticultural Medals for his outstanding exhibits at prestigious shows such as The Chelsea Flower Show. His excellence in horticulture was further underscored when HRH Prince Edward Duke of Edinburgh selected David as his 2019 choice for the Excellence in Horticulture Award.
Beyond his contributions to the world of plants and nature, David Domoney is a passionate advocate for various UK charities, spanning issues encompassing mental and physical wellbeing, as well as the conservation of our native wildlife.
On becoming an ambassador for Air Ambulances UK, David said: "I am extremely excited to join Air Ambulances UK as an Ambassador.
