The ideal candidate will be required to work flexible hours including alternate weekends (10-day Fortnight)
Candidates must be able to lead and motivate a team to achieve the exceptional standards required for retailing products. We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for the buying, selling, selecting, and replenishment of stock.

Other duties include to deliver the implementation of floor plans and seasonal changes as agreed with their Line Manager. To drive the accuracy of margins and profitability ensuring that poor selling lines are rationalised from our range.

Training will be given although we are ideally seeking someone with a proven record in team management within a retail environment and a flair for creative design and display.
Must have previous experience in a similar role or environment
