The ideal candidate for this position will already be working as a deputy garden centre manager, or plant manager.

We are an independent and agile garden centre which is on a rapid growth curve. This role will answer directly to the garden centre manager and take overall responsibility of the horticultural aspects of the centre while working closely with the rest of the management team.
