I also have 40 years in horticulture and worked for Derek many years ago here is a man who knows his stuff, I have come across all those problems Derek mentions over the years the trade should stand up and listen .Derek says it as it is and unlike a lot he knows what he is talking about

I do wish someone would give Derek the confidence to speak his mind. It really is so frustrating, you just know he has an opinion, if only he would voice it. Little wallflower.
