I have bought two clear Charlie bulbs and they are brilliant. Good value for money and I prefer plastic in the garden. So I am disappointed that I'm unable to purchase these bulbs again nor the coloured ones as they seem to be permanently out of stock. Please restock ASAP. Thank you.

Hi, can you tell me when these are available in the clear online please as i keep checking every day and they are never available.

At Smart Garden, we can confirm that we are not supplying a solar light bulb to Poundland. There are however some key differences between our Eureka and the Poundland light bulb: - The Poundland version is made of plastic which will likely fade quickly, and uses both an inferior solar panel and a battery with 50% of the capacity of the Eureka. - By contrast, as well as using a superior solar panel and battery, the Eureka is brighter, is made of glass and is a regular lightbulb size, is supplied in attractive open trays so can be readily seen and touched by customers, is available in eye-catching merchandisers and has a clip for flexible fixing. The enormous customer appetite for the Eureka continues unabated and we have increased our forecast more than sevenfold as a result. Having geared up necessary additional production capacity, we will return to a strong stock position by the end of April. We don’t believe that this Poundland product will hence have any meaningful impact on our retail partners’ businesses, since many garden centre core products are already sold in Poundland at much lower prices, without impacting on large volumes of comparable items also being sold in garden centres.

Are these equal to or a cheaper version of the Smart Solar "Eureka" Light bulbs?

I been to a few Poundlands to get the Charlie Dimmocks light bulbs, the solar ones, for the garden and I can't find them they seem to be out of stock on line and in the shops can you please tell me if they are going to be available again ???
